We use FedEx, UPS, USPS, OnTrac, LaserShip and freight companies to ship our products from several warehouses around the USA. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and fulfilment. Some services will deliver on Saturdays.

- Free shipping: qualified orders over $99, please allow 1-7 business days for delivery. Free shipping is available to the contiguous USA and not available in all areas. Add products to the shopping cart and enter your zip code to see if you qualify for free shipping. Many orders, but not all, are delivered in 3-5 business days or less via free shipping.
- Economy Ground: please allow 1-5 business days for delivery.
- Express: please allow 1-3 business days for delivery.
- Two Day: please allow 1-2 business days for delivery.
- Freight: please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.
- International/Military: please allow 1-6 weeks for delivery. More details below.
Please use a complete and accurate shipping address with secure or supervised places to leave packages. Full street addresses with apartment, unit or suite numbers, or PO Boxes. You can request a signature service for packages using the Order Notes section on the checkout page. Green Water Sports is not responsible for security of packages confirmed as delivered to the shipping address you provided when placing the order.
If you would like to change the ship to address for an order already placed, but not shipped, please call us on 1-888-252-4983 or email us. If you would like to reroute a package already in transit, follow the tracking number to commence the process.
Shipping and freight services will usually include a tracking number. This tracking number is not generated until the order is processed and leaves our warehouse. You can check for your tracking number by logging into your account, or with your order number at track my order, or via your shipping confirmation email. Some orders may ship in multiple shipments. We will notify you via email of all tracking numbers if this is the case. Some tracking numbers may take a few hours to become live in the system.
Green Water Sports endeavours to reuse and recycle much of the cardboard packaging in inbound stock shipments for outbound shipments to customers. We like to think green.
International Orders & Addresses
Green Water Sports is not responsible for any import related charges, brokerage fees, taxes and/or duties. Import charges, brokerage fees, taxes and/or duties are not included in the item price or quoted shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office to calculate what these costs, if any, will be prior to placing an order. These charges are usually collected by the delivering shipping company. Military Orders & Addresses
If you wish to ship to a military address please contact us directly with your complete order and zip code, and we will assist in the order process – an extra handling fee may apply. Military addresses may take longer to process and fulfill.
