While it rarely happens, if you receive merchandise that is defective, please contact us via the form below within 30 days of purchase. When contacting us, it is helpful to send a photo of the problem along with your name, email, phone number, order number and shipping information. Return/refund/exchange of defective items are decided on a case by case basis.
Non-defective returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase as long as items are unused, with tags attached, and in their original (new) condition. Returns are accepted with an up-to 15% restocking charge and buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If returns are used, restocking fee may be higher and refunds will only be store credit. Refunds and store credits will be based on the purchase price less shipping. Please contact us beforehand via the form below, as unsolicited returns will not be accepted.
Purchase of any and all “On Sale” or “Special Order” or “Discounted” or “Custom Order” items are final. No returns or refunds.
