I didn’t get an email. What’s up?
If you placed an order or recently contacted us via one of our forms, please check your spam or junk folder for the order confirmation email or our reply. If you still don’t find anything, give us a call on 1-888-252-4983.
How can I check the status of my order?
You will receive an email confirmation immediately upon submitting your order. Our staff will confirm the items are in stock and the shipping quote is correct before processing the order. We will contact you if there are any issues. Track your order here.
You will receive an email with your tracking number, if applicable, once your package ships. It can take a day or two for the tracking number to be generated. If you’ve just placed your order, please be patient.
There is a problem with my order. Can you help?
Yes! Contact us and we will get it sorted out right away.
Can I return or exchange an item?
You have 30 days to return certain items for a refund, store credit, or exchange. Go to our return policy for more details.
How do I cancel an order?
Contact us via email or on 1-888-252-4983 immediately if you need to cancel an order. Cancellation fees may apply. If an item has shipped, shipping fees may apply. These fees will be deducted from your refund, see our return policy for more details
Where do you ship?
Everywhere UPS, FedEx and USPS deliver. We ship from the USA and are not responsible for any import taxes or duties.
What are your shipping rates?
Add the board or item to your shopping cart and calculate the shipping costs. Rigid stand up paddle boards are fixed rate freight ground shipping and the rate varies depending on the board you select. For smaller items, check out UPS, FedEx and USPS for the full current rates and more.
Do you price match international stores?
You can send us any price match request via our form here. Keep in mind, any international orders will be subject to higher shipping costs, import taxes and duty (usually 15%) and local state taxes. Furthermore, any warranty or product support will need to go via the original store or country of purchase. Our price matches will attempt to match, at our discretion, the “all in” delivered cost of items ordered.
Is it safe to order online?
Yes. Green Water Sports uses industry-standard encryption to protect the confidentiality of the information you submit when placing an order. Look for the lock symbol in your browser.
Your privacy is very important to us. Your personally-identifiable information, including your credit card information, is encrypted for maximum security, and your credit card and billing information cannot be revealed to a third-party as it is transmitted to our ordering system, or to anyone attempting to access Green Water Sports’ website remotely. Green Water Sports assures you that it has implemented the requisite physical, electronic and managerial processes to prevent unauthorized access to its customer accounts and to maintain data security.
What is an “online account”?
An online account is not required to make purchases at the Green Water Sports. But an online account does have benefits. You can save billing and shipping addresses to checkout faster, view order status, order history, and we sometimes offer special offers to customers with online accounts.
Creating an online account takes just seconds. Follow this link and enter your information. Then just make sure you log in before shopping or enter your login information upon checkout.
I can’t log in to my account. What should I do?
We have an automated system to retrieve a lost or forgotten password. Click here to retrieve your password. A new password will be sent to your email address on file. If you do not receive your password, check your spam folder. If you forgot which email account you used to create the online account, contact us for help.
I placed a pre-order and now I’m getting delivery confirmation/product review emails, but I haven’t got my items yet. Where are they?
When pre-ordering items, you may receive a series of order follow up, delivery or review emails before you get your items. These emails are sent out on a timeline based on the order date, not the shipped date. If you have placed a pre-order, you will be notified when it ships to the email used when placing the order. Save the emails for when the items do finally arrive. Contact us if you have any other questions about pre-orders.
Do you repair inflatable paddle boards?
At this time, we do not perform inflatable SUP repairs. We recommend Stephen over at Sealed Air Repairs or Zack at Inflatable Technologies.
