Riding the new Red Paddle Co 11′ Sport inflatable SUP

This is a great little video from Dany, another from down under. They are just finishing up their season and it looks like people are finding the time to edit their video content and upload for us in the Northern Hemisphere to get stoked on as we come into our prime paddling season.

On a technical note, GoPro cameras mounted on the nose of inflatables like in the video often reveal a whole lot more about the stiffness (or lack thereof) of your inflatable SUP. This is the new for 2015 Red Paddle Co inflatable SUP model, the 11′ Sport, a cross over of sorts to slot between the Red Paddle Co Ride family of boards and the 12’6″ touring and racing models and it is incredibly stiff. Even punching out through waves there is almost no flex at all. Thanks to the RSS battens, industry leading construction quality and high PSI, flex in an inflatable SUP is almost a thing of the past!
